“Conversations” with Achickwitbeatz on International Women’s Day

Achickwitbeatz-interview

Jaymz Nylon:  Would you please give the reader a little family background i.e.; Place of Birth, Current City you based in etc…

Achickwitbeatz:  I’m a Kalamazoo native & still reside in the area.  There’s a lot of talent nestled here and a great place to be for those who love art in various forms.

Jaymz Nylon:  What are your short and long term goals?

Achickwitbeatz:  I think my short term goals are interlaced with my long term goals. My long term goals are to have longevity as a music producer and continuously impact art around the globe whether it be through my own music or helping others.  My short term goals are to constantly strive toward the long term goals in baby steps…typically hiding away in my studio seeking the next level to continuously evolve my artistry. Occasionally popping my head out to seek inspiration and/or provide it.

Jaymz Nylon:  Passions and/or interest aside from music?

Achickwitbeatz:  I love watching animated shows & shorts, perhaps it’s the kid in me.  I love to travel, though I don’t do it often enough, and I love time with my family. Oh, and food…definitely food.

Jaymz Nylon:  Who has inspired you and why? It could be Artists, Bands, Activists, Politicians, Family Members, Teachers etc…

Achickwitbeatz:  I’ve been inspired by so many people/events/things it’s a bit difficult to name. Giving it my best shot chronologically, I’d have to say my parents who brought me up with music helped instill my love for it at such a young age. My cousins who introduced me to & cultivated my love for Golden Era Hip Hop. My family who loves what I do & encourages me day in and day out to pursue my dreams.

Jaymz Nylon:  What message or advice you would like to give to music consumers/fans?

Achickwitbeatz:  Seek out the music you want to hear through any avenue you can.  If you’re not satisfied with what’s easily accessible, check out some lesser known blogs, search independent artist platforms, ask a friend, attend live shows…don’t lose hope.  There is a lot of talent on this planet, you’re guaranteed to find it if you look in the right places.

Jaymz Nylon:  Would you say that you lead a well-balanced life if so how do you stay centered? If not what changes would you make to achieve your desired result? Examples; Read more, exercise, better sleeping habits, more time with loved ones etc…

Meaning the body can buy 10mg levitra heal on its own. From where to levitra prescription get it:It is easy to have the sildamax in United Kingdom you need to place order for these herbal remedies and can conveniently place their order online to get them delivered at your doorstep with a specified time period. In viagra in uk a survey carried out in 2017 it was gathered that in the UK 20% of men suffered ED, whilst in London, the percentage shot up to healthy levels. If generic viagra tab worked miracles for some guys, then it may work in several ways. Achickwitbeatz:  I wouldn’t exactly say it’s well balanced haha…my sleeping habits are insane, but I think that’s fairly common.  I like to be flexible when inspiration hits.  I would definitely love to read for pleasure more often and I should exercise more due to my love of food that I mentioned earlier. I have recently been making more time for family, so overall I would definitely say I feel blessed, imbalances and all.

Achickwitbeatz:  I’d love to live anywhere near water, be it a beach, river or pond. There’s something so serene about looking at it & listening to the sounds.

Jaymz Nylon:. What is more important, the sharing of music or the format in which music is shared?

Achickwitbeatz:  I suppose the sharing of music is more important than the format it’s shared. Whatever reaches the people in a way that makes them happy and enables the artist to continue to make the music they love.

For the self produced tracks, I was thinking it meant only of the tracks that I released, if not
I’d like to swap out “Lethally Lovely” for Dezert Eez – “Riot Gear” ft. Dead Prez (Label: Soul Krush)
