It was pure destiny that New York dj / producer Jaymz Nylon widened his horizons by moving from east coast to the west coast early 2012.
It started with a request to use Nylon’s vocals on DJ Sulli “Our Sound” released on legendary Seattle label Uniting Souls Music. After a few more coincidences Jaymz and family were presented with an opportunity & change of lifestyle, involving relocating to Seattle. In his often referred to buttery baritone voice Nylon said, “I was destined to migrate to Seattle and to share in it’s love of music and contribute to an already amazing music scene.
Before leaving New York Jaymz was introduced via Facebook to the like minded soul Patrick Mouton of Seattle’s prestigious venue, Electric Tea Garden in Capitol Hill. The brothers gelled instantly and came up with the idea of Nylon starting a Wednesday DJ residency at ETG.
